ph.modern is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You agree to cooperate fully with ph.modern's KYC process by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date documentation when requested.
ph.modern reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. KYC verification must be completed before a Player's first withdrawal is processed. Accounts for which KYC cannot be completed may be suspended and balances held pending investigation in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
ph.modern accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ph.modern does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose separate transaction fees which are outside ph.modern's control.
ph.modern does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in the same name as the ph.modern Account holder. Deposits from accounts belonging to another person will be returned and the depositing Account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed by ph.modern following successful completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. GCash withdrawals for verified accounts are processed within five (5) minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the ph.modern Account. ph.modern reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal and to delay or refuse any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to all deposits and withdrawals on ph.modern. Current limits are displayed in your Account Wallet section. VIP tier members may be eligible for higher transaction limits as detailed in the ph.modern VIP Programme terms.
ph.modern offers bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to Welcome Bonuses, Reload Bonuses, Free Spins, Cashback offers, and VIP Programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is offered, including applicable wagering requirements.
The ph.modern Welcome Bonus (100% match up to ₱10,000 on first qualifying deposit) is available exclusively to new Account holders making their first deposit. The following activities are strictly prohibited on ph.modern and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:
ph.modern reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed, to void all associated transactions, and to forfeit any balance held in the Account pending investigation and legal referral where applicable.
ph.modern reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account without prior notice where ph.modern has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where account closure is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.
Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting ph.modern support. Before Account closure, any remaining verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonuses) will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.
Players who have activated self-exclusion through ph.modern's Responsible Gaming tools may not request re-activation of their Account until the self-exclusion period has fully elapsed and ph.modern has conducted a return-to-play assessment.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ph.modern's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
ph.modern collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
ph.modern may be required to share your personal data with PAGCOR, other regulatory authorities, or law enforcement agencies in compliance with applicable Philippine law. Such disclosures will be made only to the extent required by law and in accordance with ph.modern's Privacy Policy.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
ph.modern's regulatory obligations under PAGCOR guidelines take precedence over any conflicting provision in this Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations, the relevant law or regulation shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
ph.modern reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.
Where changes are required immediately for legal or regulatory compliance reasons, ph.modern may implement amendments without prior notice.
